Before the Merriment of Commencement Commences...

Yay for my first post! I don't really know where to start, so I guess I'll introduce myself. I work as an office manager for a technology company and am getting ready to go back to school within the next year. As my title suggests, I'm in love with a Sailor- a GSM for those who care- and am currently learning the intricacies of being a Navy Girlfriend. My boyfriend, "J" from here on out, is getting ready to go to Iraq as an Individual Augmentee (IA). I started this blog as an outlet for all the emotions that I'm going to be feeling over the next year or so and as a way for friends and family to kinda stay in touch and know what's going on in my life/our lives.
